Big C offers online shopping services through the GO! & Big C App.

Delivery conditions:

• Maximum delivery range: 15 km from the GO! & Big C store where the customer places the order.

• Free delivery for orders from 300,000 VND and within a delivery distance of 10 km.

• Orders valued under 300,000 VND will incur a delivery fee of 25,000 VND.

• Orders with a delivery distance between 10 km and 15 km will incur a delivery fee of 20,000 VND.
  (*) Delivery fees will be accumulated if the order does not meet the conditions for free delivery in terms of order value and distance.

Big C offers order placement services via the Hotline 19001880.

Products that applied return and refund policy can be returned within 7 days since purchase. Full receipt and intact conditions of products are required (including undamaged and retaining price tags, undamaged shape and quality).

Notice: Return and refund policy does not apply to underwears, liquidated products, fresh food, products that need to be kept in low temperature, powdered milk. 

Please kindly bring your products and receipt directly to the Customer Service Center of Big C where you purchased, our staffs will support you. Or else, you may receive a voucher valued equal to the products price that you want to return. You can use it to pay for any purchase at Big C within 30 days (since return date).
